That's the Christian message.

That's the opposite of the message you heard from Christian leaders at the White House on the eve of the president's speech about the war yesterday.

What does that tell you?

The point is not that they're bad or silly or practicing another religion other than Christianity.

All of that's true.

But the point is not to beat up on poor Franklin Graham.

The point is that it's the end of something.

Whatever that religion is, is not going to continue.

It just won't because it's a lie.

And so it will end, as all lies do.

It will be revealed as a lie, as all lies are.

And so you're watching the end of the global American empire, the unipolar world, that was great, by the way, while it lasted, but it's over.

And you're watching the end of

of whatever American Protestant Christianity, one of the greatest and most positive forces in the history of this world, whatever it became after the Second World War, which is something unrecognizable.

The people who built National Cathedral on the highest point in Washington, D.C., one of the most beautiful buildings in the United States, were Episcopalians.

They built that, that cathedral.

And it was the nation's cathedral, was also,

above all, a tribute to God.

And you can tell by its beauty that it was.

And now it's populated by people who share almost nothing in common with the people who built it.
