Yes, I think he is, for having, what, 22 goals as a rookie defenseman, that's unheard of.

But I also think he's a little bit of a defensive liability for them.

When you think of the Penguins played last week, he is leading the rush so much, and he's so much into play.

If you can play well defensively on a player like that, you can eat that team alive, and the Penguins did.

They came down on two-on-ones all day long with the Islanders because they have him jumping up so much.

But he is definitely the rookie of the year.

When they went on that road trip and he was playing lights out, that really solidified him being the most valuable player on the Penguins this year.
