If they come out and say it's his knee.
Like that's the last.
So when I hurt my knee, I can skate.
I can do everything.
But it's getting like just before you come back.
the practice a day or two before they start pushing on you, where they have another player coming in, you play one-on-one in the corner, they start hitting you.
That's kind of where the process is at.
So he's probably not ready to get hits yet.
But he's also Sidney Crosby, so he can be like, hey, I'm not having this plug play one-on-one with me.
I'll let you know when I'm ready to go.
Like, could Sid play tonight?
After seeing him skate, he could have probably played a week ago because he looks that good.
You know, like he is flying out there.
from what I remember and why maybe we were obviously different but always you know the the two practice before I came back at the end of practice coach would be like all right it's time to see if you can take a hit if your knee can handle it you know and all that that that was the last piece before he got the the green light to play so he he's close but
Yeah, if this morning he stayed after practice and played one-on-one with one of the call-ups, you know he's within a game or two.
But if he hasn't had contact, I don't think he's ready to get into the lineup.
But I could be completely wrong because it's Sidney Crosby, and he's a guy that's been around so long that he'd be like, no, no, I don't need Jimmy to play one-on-one.
I'm good to go, you know.
They're not supposed to get five goals, let alone 14.
