Like if you really want the hitters to like think that you're crazy, which I do, like I would say that I'm crazy.
You don't see it in like podcasts and stuff, but in the clubhouse, I would say that I'm crazy in the bullpen as well.
Again, in doing that, like,
instead of thinking once I'm on that mound warming up, like, Oh, what if I, what if I blow this lead?
Or like, what if I blow this, uh, this, uh, wind streak that we have, whatever it may be.
Now I just switch it.
It's like, dude, somebody just hit my ass.
You know, like I got to like, I'm pissed off now.
And there's no room to think about like, what if, what if it's not now?
It's just like, dude, I'm, I'm angry.
I'm going to come out here and I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to shove it right in the middle of the zone and you just try to hit it.
You know, like I got guys behind me that are playing in the field and on a grander, grander spectrum, like I got a family back home.
If I sit there and think what if, and I go up and give up a home run, that's like,
if I keep doing that, you're just going to lose your job.
And if I lose my job, like this is what I do.
I don't, I had bad grades in high school.
I put all my marbles in baseball.
That's something I'll always tell kids like, Hey, take care of school because I didn't do that.
And that's not the right route.
