Um, so it wasn't super, um, challenging in terms of deciding, you know, what, who to sort of engage in diligence with.
Uh, I had, I had five people make a, a pretty serious, like what I felt like was a serious bid, uh, and three yellow eyes and, um, offered.
And then ultimately we went with a short swift.
Yeah, I hesitate to say because I feel like you would know this better than me.
I mean, you have a better data set than I do.
What do you think?
Yeah, I kind of ran my process.
And then one of the things I did very late in the stage of things, because you can run the process pretty far before you're actually signing any kind of legal documents that are binding in any sort of way.
So I basically had LOIs.
And then I went to brokers and basically just said, hey, you know,
Like, can you beat it?
Like, does it make sense for me to engage you in a way that's going to be on that, you know, better for me?
And they were like, you know, no, you should take one of those.
Yeah, I can't, I don't know.
I mean, my sense is, I think if you ask a bunch of people, they would say a number that's in the range of five times that is market.
When a bunch of deals are being done publicly, I feel like that number is going up and up over time.
