It is an empowering atmosphere.

It's a relaxed atmosphere from my experience with him.

Trusts his players to do the work and to figure it out.

But he's a deep thinker.

And one thing he does is when he talks, people listen.

And the way he conducts himself and holds a team meeting and talks,

coached some test cricket or at least some championship cricket or whatever it is because as a coach they're different skills aren't they you whilst you can create an environment and environments can um can go across formats you know how hands-on are you are you are you talking about mentality and forward defensive and

sustained periods of pressure and the demands off the field because obviously as someone that plays t20 cricket those physical and mental and technical demands are extremely different compared to if you need to do something for for five days as opposed to a few hours like we do so um there's clearly not the perfect candidate out there andy flower was obviously um

being touted about as as the perfect candidate for everything that he's done and everything that he's achieved and um he's one of the very few people in the world that could turn it down and say that it's not for him and he doesn't need it and he's um you know very happy doing what he's doing which um is great for Andy and I think he's he's probably downstairs right now a few feet underneath me here in the team hotel so um uh yeah good good for him and

As I mentioned earlier, there will be a lot of people that want this job.

Not many people will be in that position that Andy's in.

This is the England test job.

It'll be a well-paid job.

It'll be a lucrative job.

It'll be a high-profile job to have on your CV that most people will want to do.
