For different reasons, you look at some of the teams that even win that come back with six, eight different players just because guys have moved on and gotten contracts you can't afford it.

I think there's going to be a full overhaul here.

It's just whoever comes in, if it's one person or multiple people, have to have a plan and execute the plan.

And the plan is, is it one year?

Is it two years?

Hey, we're going to be competitive next year, but the following year or two years from now, we feel we're going to be this.

And you adjust the plan as you hit on prospects or hit on a trade or stuff.

But I think, oh, there is going to be – I agree with you.
