Initially, Uncle Roger worried Uncle Nick gonna follow Jamie Oliver recipe 100%, but he take all the mistake Jamie Oliver make and then improve with proper technique and ingredient.
Maybe he actually stand a chance?

Okay, the mushrooms now.
Mushrooms, shallots, garlic and thyme.
We'll be using a mixture of mushrooms starting with these white button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms for that nice umami flavor, some golden oyster mushrooms and finally some king oyster mushrooms.
Now it's time to chop.
