I'm loving this.

I'm I'm loving ammonia.

They should really acknowledge the the fear first.

Because the client comes in with that fear and and if you just push back is kind of defensive.

Um so acknowledge get try to get understand the details why the fear comes.

Um is it just because of smell, is it because of uh sensitivities, allergies, whatever fear that that that is in

In back of the mind.

Again, not go in this conversation on uh um top lines, so go more in this telling them.

how safe products are because of all the regulations and everything.

And and then tell them why ingredients are there, what they do, what their job is.

And then at the end, if it's really about sensitivity and allergies, uh I think uh there you need to anyhow see if uh there's a a real concern in if the al if the ingredient is there or not.

So and I I I S to add on that one, um I think is it's really important to uh simply understand that yes, they belong to a big family, they're not behave the same.

There might be some of the ingredients of that family that are not allowed by law.

We we simply not use them.

But others are really strictly regulated, carefully uh controlled and safe to use in the formula we we see.

I I I do think we are already in that movement of going from a trending ingredient story into a system in the um systematic uh approach on

um using ingredients that really have a role, that play a role, that that do have a function, not just putting ingredients in because they have a nice name.

And I I think that is that is really something that is on the go.

And people are much more aware of that.

So they they ask much more on rather than saying is
