situation of the hamilton pit stop investigation is because they had tried to make the front wing change but in the confusion of the situation the whole ordering and the double stack and etc don't touch the car for five seconds one of the key people in the process was not aware that the front wing thing was going to happen and it's the person

responsible for giving the green light for the car to set off.

And he gave the green light early and that caused the unsafe pit stop, which then translated into a, what is it, €30,000 penalty or something for the team.

Which, by the way, if the FIA was so insistent to destroy Lewis Hamilton, could have easily been a sporting penalty.
