Uh there's uh promise by Abu Dhabi government that they will invest a huge like data center in Vietnam.

And to run all of the manufacturings and data centers, you need a lot of energy.

The crisis is being building on top of existing consumer uh uh consumer uh electricity crisis already.

So the investors are all very frustrated.
