Everything that comes from the right is telling you that you have to.
Drink dirty water.
It's telling you that you have to live in a certain place.
You have to exist in a certain way.
Certain rights that you have within your body, if you are a woman, they're not your rights.
The state gets to decide all of that stuff, right?
It's like choking your freedom off.
It's subtracting from you as a human being.
it's taken away from you.
So when we try to talk to people as humans, as other people that we're sharing our society and our community with, well, we go away.
There's some non-negotiables that we have to establish before we start having those conversations.
Our non-negotiables as human beings are their politics.
So when those things are crossed up, it,
we can't really have a conversation as just two people because before me, before I have a conversation with you as a person, you have to recognize that I'm a person.
And so until we tamp back some of that rhetoric and really have a full-throated and real conversation about what people, what God-given human rights that people have and how they can express themselves, we're going to be at this place right now of this really incredible and dangerous tension, this tension that's robbing us of our empathy, this tension that's robbing us of our ability to see each other as people, this tension that...
just is minimizing to us all.
And we do not have in any way, any way the type of leadership to lead us out of this.
One guy on the other side is playing politics at every single opportunity because that's the way he gets his money and his power.
And then the Democrats, the elected leftists, I guess,
They don't seem to be able to meet the moment.
