You don't have to be good enough to have written a book or gotten a publisher or gotten on television or degree or experience any of it.

None of that.

None of that matters.

It just matters that you said something.

And for some reason, somebody went, well, maybe.

And now we're off and running.

So that's where a part of this conversation sounds like elitism, because someone is going to have to bring something.

social and political intellectualism back to these conversations.

We're going to have to agree on what's simply not true.

And that seems like such a ridiculous thing to talk about after we've been around for thousands and thousands and thousands of years of human being.

But the reasons why we've been around is because there's been a core understanding at some point of what's just not true.

It's that thing that you're talking about is that's not real.

It's okay.

Are you stupid?

N-word, right.

The N-word as a slur has existed to dehumanize Black people for a long time.

And there's been a definition that signals not a person, not a human being, which is the reason why it still stirs up the emotions that it does.

The DEI thing now is associating Black people with cataclysm in a way that I'm not sure even the N-word did.
