This way you're getting the lion's share, you're getting everything you possibly can, and you're doing it in such a way that you're not triggering a taxable event.

The first five years are critical to learn how to set this up and operate it and buy as much debt as possible.
Because you'll double your bank.
It should not take any longer than every five years.
Sometimes it'll only take two and a half years.
But think of that.
How many doublings do we have?
So if we mess around and we we do the minimums the first five years and not get enough accomplished.
That kind of sets the precedence.
