So on the weekends, now that it's summer and the kids are out of school every day, we don't let them watch something on a school day.
But now that it's summer and it's every day, we kind of just said, all right, weekends, you can watch something.
And then they said, please, what about Wednesday?
And we're like, okay, fine, whatever, Wednesday too is fine.
And sometimes they'll trade like, oh, we'll give up watching it on Wednesday to watch it today.
And I'm like, are you really going to be okay with that tomorrow?
But it's been fine.
They don't argue about it.
We've hardly ever had any problems.
They just accept, all right, you both get to choose a 30-minute thing from like these couple shows that are pretty...
simple not too flashy but still good fine yeah not too brain rotty and they just like okay it's done they accept it i heard something about bluey being okay do you know about this cartoon is this too stimulating do you think no no um my kids just don't like it ah it's because it's australian english isn't it maybe that's it actually you know the show the show is like
10 minutes.
There's like little 10 minute segments.
And I think they like, and for me too, as a parent, I like just choosing one thing that's 30 minutes.
Like, all right, my two oldest kids, you choose one thing, you choose one thing.
Sometimes they fight about who gets to choose something first, but that's kids.
And if something's like less time than that, it kind of becomes a little bit more of a battle.
We get 10 minutes.
OK, what about some more time and more time?
