All right, so I have recently had a conversation with my parents about um what they are planning to do for retirement and I was a little concerned.
Um they don't have any money invested at all right now.
Um and so I was like I didn't pick apart, you know, what they have in savings or debt or whatnot, but how can I convince or how can I have a conversation of investing even at their age?
So my mom is fifty five.
five and my dad is sixty two.
So So is there anything I need to do on my end to help them?
Like, okay, if the next step is investing and th I've convinced them that this is a good idea, what would be the next step to Well, the the other thing that holds people back from investing, other than belief that it's not gonna work, is knowledge.

So my question is, my husband and I we bought uh what we thought was a cosmetic fixer upper um two years ago.
Turned out to be a lemon, and we're trying to decide if we should sell it or keep working on it.
Oh man.
Uh we've had to redo all of our plumbing, um
Oh Mia, now that you're asking me, I'm kind of blanking on the No, it's fine.
No no.
We haven't really been keeping track of it, but we're thinking we've put about thirty into it already.
We bought it for one sixty three and we still owe one fifty on it.
