Okay, so I have about a combined debt between business and personal of fifty five thousand dollars.
Um I'm liquidating the business.
I'm gonna get out of it.
I just took on a new commissioned job and it's slow going right now.
I've only been doing it three months.
My take home pay is about two thousand four hundred and fifty dollars uh right now, but I could expect with a little with a little ramping up to be about seven to ten a month.
Um my question is primarily I I wanna avoid bankruptcy at all costs.
So I'm trying to figure out if if that's the only option I have or if there's a way to deal with the creditors by settling and what that process looks like.
