So we have these broader OKRs, which we set out for the year and then for every three months.
And then within that, for instance, right now, our key focus is on improving our cost effectiveness and setting up our M&E.
And then within that, we do have, for instance, what are the different iterations to improve our nomination process?
So we have a whole dashboard of different ideas that everybody brainstorms on.
And then we take up three and say, right.
So for instance, I'm
One of the OKRs is we need to increase the number of nominations by a certain time.
And we have a number there and we're holding ourselves accountable to it.
Yes, all the time.
And especially because of COVID, I am quite aware that there is a physical boundary.
And especially when you're working across different cultures and across different income levels, I think it's a constant question for me, are we all on the same page?
