A lot of people love real estate for this reason. matched

The tax benefits that can occur when you sell, such as the capital gains, you can essentially offset some of your profits by keeping careful track of some of the improvements you've made on the property over time and if you do that. matched

You can pay less in taxes when you go to sell that property. matched

And also there's like tons of tax write-offs when it comes to real estate. matched

So you can write off things like property taxes or property insurance when you're renting a property. matched

And a lot of landlords really like that. matched

But you really need a good accountant. matched
