What we're seeing in certain areas of the country, like the coasts, places like Charleston, some areas of Florida, matched

In California, some insurers are pulling out. matched

They are making it very difficult for people to get home insurance, not to mention flood insurance. matched

And if they do, you're going to have to pay top dollar in order to get that insurance. matched

So if you don't have insurance, that's all the more reason to get rid of a house because it's just so risky. matched

you want to make sure you're going to use a reasonable valuation method for the house. matched

So everyone's going to agree on the price you're going to ask for it. matched

And if you're buying out your siblings, are they okay with that price? matched

Don't expect to be able to get an under the market price from your siblings because at the end of the day, they want that money. matched

They want to get the top dollar for that house most likely. matched

And so if you want to avoid hard feelings, you need to think about a fair price for that house. matched
