So I don't talk too fast.

I'm not 10,000 words a minute.

However, what our brain does is we fill it with all this nonsense, right?

We fill it with trying to make sense of the world around us, trying to pass judgment, trying to make predictions, trying to defend what they're saying or come up with our version of what we want it to be or mean or say instead of listening for intent.

And you clearly listen with intent because that's your career.

Yep.

So kudos to you and whoever taught you that.

And you also don't really interrupt.

But have you ever experienced a relationship or a communication or a conversation where it's actually boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, and you can and it's healthy?

Yeah.

Because you want to get to that, oh, good, let's figure this out, right?
