Yeah, I mean, that's been my experience with police my whole life.
I remember one of the first times I came in contact with the police was standing outside of my middle school in sixth grade.
And I had my hands in my hoodie.
And the police called me over to the car.
And he said, if you don't take your hands out your fucking hoodie, I'm going to punch you in the fucking face right now.
And I'm an 11-year-old kid.
I didn't know he thought I could be holding a gun in my hoodie, because I'd never even seen a gun.
But a cop telling a 17-year-old kid, I will fucking kill you, is completely in line with my understanding of the police in America, 100%.
In the fucking face.
I took my hands out of my hoodie.
And what happened?
It was okay, you know, but I got arrested a lot of times at that age.
Sometimes I would just be riding a bike, you know, and they'd say, hey, you ran from us yesterday.
Get your ass on the ground.
And they'd just fuck me up.
And I didn't run from them yesterday, you know, just like mistaken identity.
But that's familiar to me.
That's the way cops talk to us.

pushing ICE out of cities or even having a balance because the police force by and large supports all that shit.
