Shift your attention away from your racing thoughts and into your body.
Generators possess one of the most reliable inner guidance systems in human design, the sacral response.
Rather than asking your mind, how do I convince this person?
Ask your body a much simpler question.
Does continuing this conversation feel like a genuine yes?
Notice what happens.
Does your body feel open, energized, and willing to continue?
Or do you feel heavy, contracted, tired, or emotionally drained?
Your body often knows the answer long before your mind does.
If your response is a genuine yes, continue the conversation with patience and curiosity, rather than with the need to prove yourself.
If your response is no, or even uncertainty, give yourself permission to step away.
There is incredible wisdom in saying, I care about this conversation, but I need some time before we continue.
