Yeah, a bit more than 30% of our upgrades are annual upgrades.
Well, yes, and we are actively encouraging existing paying users to go from monthly to annual once they're happy and they really get value from Crazy Lister.
How do you know they have getting value or they're happy?
Well, we use Mixpanel to see their activity and we are really actively doing customer development.
So I'm personally doing customer support for Crazy Lister to have this direct connection with our users.
Yeah, the number one metric for us is for users to keep creating new product listings with Crazy Lister.
So this is the one metric that we follow.
So our churn is, I guess it's pretty much the classic story for a SaaS company.
We lose about 40% after one month.
That's what you call, let's call it a paid trial.
And then after that, we are at a pretty good churn of about 2-3% per month.
But no, I mean, even those who do pay, they go like, okay, I just had 14 days of free trial.
It was not enough for me to really get what Crazy Lister does for me.
Let's upgrade and see what it really does.
And then even if they pay for one month, 40% will churn.
Okay.
I mean, if you are with Crazilyster, if you're paying Crazilyster for two months, most chances are that you will continue paying.
Well, yes, this is how we do it, but I guess it's too early for us to calculate LTV at this moment.
Well, we aim for anywhere around $70 and below.
