For uh item eight F, um just wanted to make clear that it's going to be the proper statement dated uh one September.

And um I also asked that the applicant

include two proffers as it relates to landscaping and that's on the second and third page, uh proffer three A and three B.

Um three A is the applicant will c coordinate the need for supplemental plannings, if any, within the buffer adjacent to the school property.

will be with the county arborist prior to f uh to the final site plan approval.

And uh 3B, the applicant has committed to include a plant species identified in the Journey Through Hollow Ground Living Legacy Tree Planting Project as permitted by the county within the buffers along Catharpon Road and John Marshall Highway.

And I also wanted to make it clear that the uh county is not going to be responsible um to fulfill any of the proffer obligations.
