have policy in place that helps keep this information that we contain inside the county to proprietary purposes and all of that.

Willow is a voice assistant that helps, and I know we're way into 2025.

So has that service gotten better?

I doubt you have a sample you can show us, but as people are talking to these automated systems, I've been nothing but frustrated because they don't really –

work well, listen well, and kind of help you well.

So has that improved?

I haven't tried to call in yet.
