Wade, I suspect you can understand why I'm a bit frustrated.
We had a presentation in March.
The outcomes have changed, and now, if I understand correctly, they're changing since yesterday.
And I've got folks on both sides of the issue who are upset and equally upset.
You know, now I'm hearing it's going to be difficult to enforce.
You can't distinguish the noise, but we had an expert come in here a bit ago and said he could distinguish it to the point where he could go to trial and testify on our behalf.
Are we going to be in a position to deal with this scientifically?
And by that, I mean, are you prepared to take measurements at more than one place or one point in time so that you can establish what a baseline is?
Are we going to record it or are we going to filter out the background noise?
I mean, you can't tell me that you can't distinguish background traffic noise from a

Where do we stand on that?
How are we going to deal with this?
We know it's going to happen with things like loud parties, sounds.
people making noise out in residential areas.
But with data centers, are you going to respond to this the same way?
