And given we already struggle talking about money, probably seeing a financial counsellor and asking for help is a pretty scary first step to take.

But it doesn't have to be.

And, you know, sometimes if you see a financial counsellor and it's not a good fit, like any professional, you can go and get a second opinion.
You can go and see somebody else.
Don't feel like the be all and end all is the first person that you meet.
You know, it's like a psych.
Sometimes you go and have an appointment with a psych and you've got no doubt that they're good at their job, but they're not the right person for you.
And that's okay as well.
Yeah, that's a good tip to keep in mind.
