I think on the whole they're in a good place and they're happy as a year one coming in a lot of them not from the UK so whether it's America or Sydney or India they're from different areas they've come in learnt about English cricket and English sports ecosystem they're in a really good place what's brilliant though from my perspective is there now is the hunger and the passion and the excitement
and the ideas.
I've had to buy an extra battery pack for my phone, but that's really good as they are calling and thinking of ideas and new ways in which we can go forward now.
So I'm really excited about what that means.
It'll be a busy winter, but what it means coming into the 27th season.

Yeah, I think it's been a reset year.
That was always the plan, was for a tournament to grow in the long term.
You do need a bit of jeopardy.
We wanted to equalize the teams as much as it's great for the Oval to win three years in a row.
From a tournament perspective, we wanted it that anybody could win it and anyone can win any game.
And with that, the quality that's gone up and the new players that have come in that we didn't previously have.
We want fandom to grow.
We want fandom to deepen.
We want tribalism.
And yes, that will take time.
