But if our team isn't giving us, you know, at least 100% and our goal is to try to get 105 or 110%, right?
But if they're not giving us 100% because they're frustrated with the business, maybe it's hard to get commissions calculated by the audit team to get people paid, all those little things, right?

So we want our culture to be first and foremost before everything else.
