And they don't have the ability to do that.

I want people that are aligned and are marching independently towards the goal.
And they appreciate that.
I'm accessible.
I'll be there whenever they need anything, but I'm not going to force my agenda down their throat.

And you find yourself, and I do see, we do about 150, 170 pages of our main meeting.
And I find that a lot, by the way, these meetings with the data, a lot of it, I wouldn't change, I think, for the world, but there's so many meetings that it's like, when do we get time to work?
