This needs actually, we need to see that this is going to happen.

And we need to see very clearly that the wings of the poor box are clipped.

I think that the charities are most certainly in need of being assisted but is it fair that money is diverted away from victims?

The problem is the absolute attempt to maintain this separation of the various forms of administration of justice.

There has to be a case where judges are instructed to take certain ways of doing things.

It can't just be only for them.

And now you're looking at 97%, 98% of people being discommoded for the actions of a few.

No, I don't think that that would be fair.
