And when we look at what actually predicts that, it turns out it's very human.
It's they're all the factors that really pop are not things like AI benchmarks.
They are
fundamentally human factors.
And so if we're looking at
How do we change this in education?
How do we change this in our daily lives?
Really, in some ways, work does not fundamentally change.
The people that are in many ways the most elite in their fields, I guarantee you
are exploring, they're getting messy with the data.
They're thinking deeply about it.
They are questioning themselves skeptically like any good scientist should do.
