Another thing uh is that I think which is also uh also very important.

Is that the extreme left perspective says that power is always there, power is always present, everything is power, every r relations between us is power, and what people call equality, freedom, uh just the masks, the masquerade, the big masquerade of power, power structures.

And um of course if you're uh if you're familiar with the with left-wing philosophy of the twentieth century, and probably the the major figure here is Michel Foucault in France, you basically feel this reasoning, uh the reasoning which uh which basically thinks that everything that we call horizontal relations, mutuality, ever everything which is mutual, everything

Everything which is solidarity, everything which is equality or justice is just a mask of power, of deeper power struggle, or of deeper power structures.

And I think this is another uh another big uh big issue here.

Uh the right wing perspective also says that power is always there.

And then there are people who are who have power.

There are people there are stronger guys and you should just obey them.

And uh there are people who have charisma and you should just obey them, or power is just given given to you by some sacred forces and you cannot challenge it.

So you can see that how extreme right and extreme left perspective, although they are very different in in assessing, in in giving an an assessment, giving a judgment about power, giving ethical judgment about power, they are uh similar in some structural approaches to it.

Let me summarize, extreme left perspective says that power equal vi equals violence and it is always bad, but it is always there.

There uh and we cannot uh avoid it, but we should we should always struggle uh against it.

And uh the the major the the equality, the mutuality, the horizontal relations are practically impossible because everywhere there is uh hidden vertical relations.

While the extreme right perspective is saying that power extreme violence uh equals violence and it is good, and it is all

Always there as well, but in a good sense of the term, we should not uh we should accept it, we should take it as it is, we should we should sacralize it.

Okay?

And I think the both perspecti perspectives are wrong.

Because first, power does not equal violence.

Uh I think the violence is the lack of power, violence is absence of power, violence is powerlessness when you cannot um sort out problems, when you cannot solve problems with other means.
