Well, I think that power is never fully there.
Power is a process, power is an energy, as freedom, for example.
Power is an event, as freedom.
They are not things, they're not available all the time, they are energies.
And uh, for example, thinking from Ukraine, from the country at
war and thinking for uh about other uh other very difficult uh spots on on the earth people who are who are who did not went who did not go through difficult and tragic spots are calling it hot spots.
I don't like this term.
I think they are difficult uh spots of you know uh violence and and and wars and everything like that.
It's always a question that
That uh it's it's always a question of uh transition from lack of power to power.
It's all it's always a question how the new authority is being born, how the uh the the new authority is being born.
For example, in Ukraine, the new authority is being born from the army or from the volunteer community.
In during the big protests, uh like there was in Ukraine, like in Georgia.
Georgia, like in the Arab Spring, like in many uh many others.
If there is a leader, a grassroots lead leader coming from below, this is this is how the new authority is being born.
And I think this is the most interesting thing is in history.
The most interesting thing is not where power is there, but when power emerges.
And power emerges not out of violence, power emerges out of something else.
out of reputation, out of authority, out of trust.
Power emerges when it is young.
