And that improves the overall reliability of the end-to-end task at the end of the day.
Yeah, most of our folks are just doing it with basic prompting.
You probably want to spend a little bit of time on your prompting, but it's not like you're having to spend hours crafting the perfect prompt at the end of the day.
You can usually prompt it, maybe add a few examples if you feel like it, but you don't even have to do that in a lot of cases.
And so that's where I think folks are seeing a lot of the success today.
No one's having to go train their own models or anything like that for the use cases we're seeing on Zapier.
I think we like to communicate much more like colloquially.
And there's a delta between that and how computers work today.
There's a real skill even still in describing stuff to computers.
And so that's like what we just touched on with prompts.
The best prompts are pretty specific.
And so there's a real skill that comes with authoring prompts.
I think most folks, they get tripped up because they haven't actually really...
worked on that skill set at the end of the day.
And so their prompts end up kind of vague or especially vague that it's really hard for the LLM to figure out what it's going to do.
But if you actually step back and think about it, it's probably hard for a human to figure out what you want to do, too, if you're being that vague.
But I think the real magic is going to come
when these models can get to a point where they can handle increasingly vague statements and where they're figuring out how to take a just like really messy human statement and then actually transcribe that into a better prompt under the hood, or at least prompt the human back to say, Hey,
Did you want more like A or more like B?
You know, that's what you would do if you're working with an assistant.
