Anybody who knows traveling that road from Dublin to Kerry and when you get through there, I actually believe that more people don't stop in the village because they've spent that long outside stuck in traffic trying to get through.

So I think it will be.

I think the bypass will be brilliant.

Like even I look at bypasses and, you know, some people are a bit wary about them and worried about them.

But like my hometown of Goree in Wexford is an example of a town that has boomed because it was bypassed.

Everything, yeah.

No, it's great.

Like, even when we got to, when myself and Elaine, we were actually sitting in Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow

just over 13 years ago when we got the call about the building for the restaurant.

And we'd been looking ourselves and it wasn't even about where, like we're both based in the West Coast and Elaine's from Limerick, but we were looking, we'd looked in Kildare, we'd looked in Dublin, we'd looked in Wexford, we looked everywhere and we got the call and I walked outside the restaurant, took the call, said blah, blah, walked back, straight back into the restaurant, looked at Elaine and said, we found the restaurant.

Yeah.

And literally it was just, we knew, we knew the, Elaine is from the area.

Had you been to see it and all before then?

We'd eaten in the old restaurant that was there before it.

Like, and Elaine is from the area and we knew it well, like, and our family and all are still there.

So yeah, it was a no brainer.

And like the village is lovely.

The people are great.

It's just, yeah.

Yeah.
