Not unsurprising little surprising, but I'm glad it's working Yeah from what I've learned about when I hated running to when I was okay with running and I still don't like running is So long as you sit in the point where you think you could do more And you don't push yourself too soon to go to the next step You'll always stay in that kind of I'm okay with this You just don't want to be in the I hate everything about everything stage and but I'm not even exercising.
Like, I get on social media and stuff, I get things, you know, influencers, fitness people, where it's like, oh, I could do that.
What if I add... And part of me is like, oh, no, build the habit.
But then my other part of my brain is like, you lazy fuck.
We're still like we're sticking to a mile, maybe a couple of miles.
We're sticking to doable until it's a habit.
And then because I 100 percent, if it becomes a thing where I'm like, oh, I hate this.
I'm awful at maintaining habits like that until it's like ingrained.
This might be the longest I've ever stuck with a New Year's resolution.
