And the reason being is because we don't want to regret making that decision and acquiring that property.

So we look for ROIs and double digits returns.

So when you have, let's say, a single family home or an apartment building these days, they're actually about single digits.

So we actually like to acquire mobile home parks that have an ROI in double digits from day one.

So whether it's people first with our investors or our residents, when we come down to it, we're just dealing with people.

And so when you look somebody in the eye saying, hey, I'm actually going to buy your property and take care of it, or I'm going to take care of the community that you live in, or I'm going to give you a great rate of return on your capital, we're just dealing with people.

So at the end of the day, we're just in the people business.
