I would agree with it's harder today to grow up than it was in my youth many, many moons ago, Raul, as you referenced.

But I think social media just kind of feeds on some of these negative dynamics.

I know with my kids who are out of college now, but just recently.

So again, just you have this constant reverberation of social media that you're dealing with that, of course, we didn't have the technology when I was growing up.

And you just kind of...

blissfully unaware of things that were going on, whereas you can't avoid it today if you're looking at your phone.

Yeah, I know we touched on this a little bit last time we were on and talking about the trades, right?

I think there's going to be a lot of demand there.

We're seeing a shortage of, you know, electricians and craftsmen and so forth here in the U.S.

as an example.

But I guess maybe I'm being a little bit naive, but I think it's not humans versus AI.

It's humans with AI versus humans without AI.

So I think, really, you've got to embrace learning how to utilize the technology for your benefit, no matter what your job is.

And I think, quite frankly, sitting in my seat as the president of a company, small company, I'm looking for the younger folks in my company to bring ideas to me about how to utilize AI for our benefit.

And so I think you can get ahead by focusing on that.

Yeah, I think what we're seeing is, and not just in my world, but just like with legal firms and so forth, just kind of to your point, this entry-level associate job is the capability to do more with less.

So I do think there is pressure incrementally on the number of jobs available at that level, because the expectation is you're going to come in and be able to do more with fewer people.

But I still think there's a solid pipeline, and maybe it puts more pressure on the individuals applying for these jobs to...

kind of stand out and rise above the rest.

But I think one way to do that, quite frankly, is to have knowledge of how to use these models and the various instruments that are related to them to increase the proficiency at your jobs.
