And our incentive is really to make those advertisers successful so that
The more that they spend, the more that we can charge as a management fee to deploy those dollars.
We do.
Yeah.
So we manage our opportunity costs really carefully.
And that's one of the things that has helped us be successful and grow rapidly in the last two years is just being great at saying no.
So first year revenue in 2014 was around 4 million.
It was more so having a network of customers that we knew.
So we spent planning, right?
There was pre-planning before we actually created the business.
Ah, okay.
And so my prior background, as I mentioned, has always been in performance marketing.
And that pre-planning really allowed us to hit the ground running in the first year of business and be able to secure that type of growth.
It wasn't a fluke and it wasn't just luck.
There was actually a lot of foresight that went into that.
Yeah, it was it was it was very, very hard work in that first year and a half before the business even existed.
I'm just figuring out, like, what is our product market fit?
Who are we going after?
