And again, that's important because all of that time shifting in there changes the shape of the transients and the small details first, right?
It's just why we hear the transients.
And it's also why noise, we bring it back to what we've been talking about, why noise can have this subtle but very detrimental effect because spatial cues, that last bit of timbre from the transient information, which again is always tight and one-shot deal in there,
Those are all small little itty-bitty parts of the wave, and if you move them around or muddy them up at all, it starts to lose coherence and listening ease and stuff like that.
