Supporters who received communications from the club were contacted because account activity had been identified which required further investigation.

We recognise that many supporters have shared account login details in circumstances they regarded as legitimate and we did not anticipate the extent to which this was occurring.
Where the evidence does not indicate organised touting, systematic misuse or activity for financial gain, season tickets will not be cancelled.
Any supporter subject to sanction has the right to appeal where a season ticket is ultimately withdrawn following the completion of the appeals process.
It will be offered to a supporter on the season ticket waiting list and a refund will be paid to the original purchaser.
