Like we can teach the hard skills all day long.

That's, that's something that a lot of people talk about in our industry.

It's the soft skills that make the best agents.

to people that can communicate well and and and things like that and i mean you'll see it you'll see the other security companies and you'll see the military they're at the range shooting three days a week like and that's great you gotta you gotta do that it builds team rapport but like there's more to do that especially in our like the the things we focus on yeah we'll still go to the range and do that stuff too but i want to focus on driving i want to focus on medical skills because
