To recover from that must be so difficult.

That was a big thing with Derby, when I went into Derby.

could invest more money into the club, and whoever didn't was going to struggle massively financially.

they were in the bottom three, I think, around Christmas time, and then just finished outside the play-off.
So just to get that momentum and confidence, really.
And it happens the other way as well.
When you lose a couple of games, then you're looking at the fixtures, you're thinking, when are we next going to win a game?
So to get that momentum, it's about timing.
You'll know as well when the season really starts with 10 games to go.
That's when, even if you're mid-table with ten games to go and you can go on the run, you could quite easily end up in the play-off.
So, it's all about timing, I think.
