I just wish I got a coach earlier than I did.
And I wish I obviously picked up running earlier than I did as well.
Well, I went up to the North Harriers and that was a club and they done sessions every Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday.
I made as many as I could and I learned a lot from him you know just like even 400 reps 600 reps your recovery and all that type of thing and so I started from there and then I was with Kevin for about a year or two and then I was representing Ireland in 100k and stuff so you're training like
I pulled down the last one.
But I've done the 100k the first year in 2023 in the north.
And I came second in that.
I think it was around 4.16 or 4.17 a kilometre.
But then I didn't do it a year later.
But the year, last year, last May, I represented Ireland in Birmingham for the 100k and I was going for the Irish record.
So that was four minute pace.
And whatever way they had the course, it was around the motor circuit.
And whatever way they had the course, it was, you go out, you turn around the cone, you go back around the course, you turn around the cone again on the same leg.
I must have done it about 70 times.
