To think that the thing that we watched, which, granted, Isaiah, completely different time, right?

But to think that the thing that we watched may have helped inspire this act or just, like, the phenomenon that was Slender Man, which it's not... It's obviously...

The crimes that were committed were in act.

They say that it was in service to Slenderman and stuff.

But I feel like it could have been anything that just struck their fancy.

The same kind of community that would do Jane the Killer or Jeff the Killer offshoots.

People absorbing media in different ways and basically having that cult-like mentality around them is very, very fascinating.
