If you're doing some jobs that are self-employed and you're then doing other roles that are employed and you've got a payroll department, you know, they all need to talk to each other and everybody needs to know so that you're paying the right level of tax and also so that you're paying the the right level of NHS pension contribution.

If you've got multiple roles and you're lucky enough to have NHS

pension available in each role.

then you need to make sure that you're paying the right level of contributions and that can be quite tricky actually.

It doesn't in the the general sphere of things when you're looking at well what your safety nets and and what does that need but we're very used to that.

We're very used to our G P clients and having different income streams from different places and working out from there what that actually means and we kind of dovetail it all together and make sure that we're helping people make the best use of the money that they have so that their future is as secure as

We can help with it.

So GPs are worried about the contract changes and the level of responsibility that that puts on them in one hand.

But also they're worried about the NHS ten year plan and what's potentially coming down the road for them with that.

Because one of the things that we know our GPs really value is the level of autonomy that it gives them if they go into GP partnership.

And there is a feeling out there and a worry out there that the NHS ten year plan will eat into that.

And that they wouldn't necessarily have the same ability to run their practice the way that they want to run it and the the same level of autonomy that they currently have and also

Will the admin burden become ever increasing going forward?

It does worry them a lot and that is contributing to GPs saying, Do you know what?

I'm going to go because I don't really know how this is going to be delivered and I don't really see how it's going to make my life less stressful as a GP.
