I actually started telling stories in public.

And just to add to it, because weird things happen once you start down the road.

So I had in the meantime, because I was always interested in music, but I didn't feel I had any musical talent.

So I thought, well, why don't I start at the bottom and just learn how to play a drum?

And because that doesn't look that hard.

And then I happened to meet an African drum teacher, and I started playing African hand drums.

Nice.

And now imagine the connection between that and the body.

Because when you play a hand drum, the drum is between your legs.

You're holding it with your body.

from the bottom up, from the lower chakras coming up.

It is an awakening of the body.

It's wildly energetic.

And as I'm drumming, I start to see the stories that I learned.

It's hard to explain.

It's better than a movie.

Because when I'm seeing the story, I can zoom in on a certain detail.

And the stories get endless.

They get bigger and bigger.

And so then I started traveling around playing drums and telling stories.
