And I tried and I couldn't do it.

And I realized I had a dream in which I was walking down a road and I came upon my father had passed away.

I came upon my father's body laying in the center of the road.

And in the dream, I realized I have to step over my father.

And that hit me, oh, that's what's going on with writing.

I can't write until I step over the fact that my father's dream of writing became like a heavy weight on him because he never got to live it.

And now it's interfering with my life.

And so once I made that move, then and this is a time when I'm raising four children, I'm married, have a wife, have a family.

I have to go to work every day.

But four o'clock in the morning, it tended to be I would wake up and there was a voice.

So I started to get up and write down what it was saying.

And I realized it was a book.

It was actually the beginning of a book.

So the book literally came in the middle of the night.

And so it helped me not to get too confused.

That something was trying to come through me.

And of course, by the time I actually wrote it and all it changed.
